    I would do chest on a different day as triceps so...

    I would do chest on a different day as triceps so you don't overwork them (I do chest and bis together).

    That leg day also looks pretty weak. I would definately add SQUATS!

    I personally like the French Press the best...

    I personally like the French Press the best because you can lift the most weight with it, but if you don't want to do that I recommend tricep extensions in a military position.
