    just finished the 30lbs in 30 days and it worked...

    just finished the 30lbs in 30 days and it worked great. my bench went up 38 lbs, all the plates in the gym are in kg, so the amount i added each week was a bit more than 10lbs.

    i had this 4 years ago. my right leg was stronger and taking all the pressure, had to focus on the left for a few weeks with extentions. pain or not u sould get it checked.
