What I have found from personal experience, is I needed to drop the cardio all together for a couple months, to focus strictly on eating and training.

My gym has a couple of those kickin around.
Never used them in a program, just fooled around with them,
I can do about five pushups total with one of those. They are hard.
When did everyones cellular metabolism begin to slow down?

You quite possibly might be warming up longer then my entire workout takes.
Although I would comment on your having pictures of guys on your desktop, instead of the obvious choice of Megan Fox or Jessica Alba, all I will say is that is definately attainable.
I see alot of unnecessary exercises in there.
I had the same problem after coming off P90x.
I was so used to all the volume I thought I had to do 10 exercises a day and circuit them all.
I swear you get or make up a new routine every month or so.
You will make more progress sticking to one routine for a larger amount of time then switching from one to the other.
