    a lot of powerlifters go once every 2 weeks or once every 3 weeks, but they squat pretty heavy every week. the ones I know anyway. the dl is very taxing on the CNS. if you are going to rotate it...

    I put the fighters. i think they get to more 'breaking points' than most of the others as far as conditioning and mental toughness. it's hard to debate though, they are all awesome!
