    Everybody is different..2 - 3 sets is good..but everyone is different..20 is ridiculous unless you are on roids..:strong:

    Try using a straight bar on a adjustable cable machine..superset pushdowns using supinated hand position then go straight to a pronated hand position this will mos def give u a good burn..
