    When I was younger, I know I could not have benched %130 of my weight, but now I think I can do about %145. 195lbs, I can bench 290, yeah thats about right, lol. :help:

    Good job for 3 months, how old are you? I have a pic of my back somewhere I'll post...I haven't been lifting too long, and I'm only 18, but its not too bad.

    Personally, I've worked out many months doing 3-6...

    Personally, I've worked out many months doing 3-6 sets, between 135-215 pounds, and 6+ reps... I don't have any lower back problems, but I am very strict with my form.
