The close-grip bench press is a good exercise for hitting all 3 heads. Doing triceps kickback is good as they hit the inner head which is harder.

I like the idea of the intensive low volume training. I can feel it working already! No strength gains - no size gains. ;)
Sounds pretty unsafe but that's the risk to take without a spotter. I do that sometimes too, excluding the half-reps. Now with the half-reps idea I'm gogin to try that out sounds intensive.:D

My arms are feeling pumped pretty much all the time, i guess it has to be the elevated metabolic level after each workout. :)

I have this problem too. When i do any barbell/dumbbell exercises with the wrist facing the sky after the particular set my left wirst very pain dont know why? Even i support my friend in his bench...
