    if I jog at a steady pace for around 3 minutes or so, then do a frenzy of non-stop 50 jumping jacks. That is one set, and 5 sets take around 20 minutes. Is that good cardio? my pulse was high at all...

    Ok, i have done careful consideration, so how is this so far....im at 190 right now. If the article on going cut is right, i multipled by 12 = 2280. Subtract 500 = 1780, so that is 1780 of calorie...
