    day a: flat benchpress, flat dumbbell bench press, fly dumbbell.

    day b: ubber chest with barbell, lower chest with dubbell.

    im not sure but doing low rep with heavier weight will make you bulk more and doing higher rep with a medium amount of weight will cut more. Of course diet is a must.
