    I managed a flat bench press PR of 330lbs x 1 and a deadlift PR of 405lbs. x 1 this week. I haven't been deadlifting that long so I was pretty happy about that one.

    Good point. Until now, no one has mentioned anything about tri's. Like bics56 said, tri's make up most of your upper arm size, don't concentrate solely on your bicepts.
