    When do you all weigh yourselves? In the mornings when you're the lightest or at night when you're the heaviest?

    I notice a 4-5 lb difference from when I wake up to when I go to bed.

    We do have aerobic steps, but I have no faith in them even with plates underneath.

    Putting the bar on boxes/plates is an option I'll try. Band work will be incorporated in the future.

    Rack too high for rack pulls

    The rack at my local gym ends up mid-thigh at its lowest setting. I would have to stand on 3-4 plates to get it just below knee level.

    Anyone else do this and find that it's stable enough?
