    Definetly tell him the benefits of compound movements and get him doing those mainly. Also tell him how important it is to eat loads, simple really.

    Ive just had an early present, its a smith machine. Its not one of those huge ones its just one with a bench, and can do squat and seated military press, and incline so it says on the box.
