    Anyhow, onto my question. Why do people bulk? Why not just build lean muscle? Does bulking help you get muscle faster?

    They go away in a day. Its just from the bar...

    They go away in a day. Its just from the bar being against you. I bring a piece of foam and put it behind my neck now so I don't get that.
