Thanks Rhodes, I am meant that those are the types of exercises I am doing, not all in the same day. I guess part of the problem is that I'm not keeping my elbows high enough.
I am having trouble trying to develop/strengthen the lower part of my elbow by my elbow. I am doing lots of extensions dumbbell & barbell, JM presses, elbows out extensions, and rolling extensions....

No, I meant I do that much each training day (3 days a week). I've been thinking about doing back work by dragging a sled.
Thanks Travis! The reason I jumped to 405 was that 365 felt easy. I already do about 4-5 sets of 8-12 reps for back work. Would you suggest that I do more back work?
