    nah, doubtful you're above 20% BF. I have that scale and its a piece of crap....highly dependent on hydration, and the electrical impulse it sends only samples the lower body anyways.

    If you're gaining strength, then don't worry too much. You'll gain mass at the same time. It's hard to gauge yourself...
