    You consider three of those sets warm-up? So only on set is to failure? I would think 2 reps is not enough unless your maxing. I try to get at least 4 to 6 reps on my last two sets.

    a warm-up set is nothing more than a good...

    a warm-up set is nothing more than a good stretch...get at least 10 to 12 easy reps concentrating on a good stretch and your good to go...
