    I'm down 7lbs and I hit a 70lb Pr, I did 405 here then 5 minutes later I hit 425. How's my form? I'm super happy lol

    Bench is stuck

    My bench is lacking bad, I can only hit 275lb! Squats and deadlifts are well over 400, I dnt really arch my back I'm pretty much flat on the bench. Could this be the problem? Any suggestions? Thanks
