    i only do 30 one position close/30 wide/30wide...

    i only do 30 one position close/30 wide/30wide far/30close far/etc..... so i should just do them like 4 times a week then


    ohhh i dont do 150 at once i do it throughout the day

    Push ups,(can you do them everyday)

    i try to do 150 throughout the day everyday, and i was wandering is that good to do even on my rest days.....cuz i heard that they are really good for strenght and cutting you up and that you can do...

    iv heard anywhere from none at all as long as you eat healthy and dont OVER do it, to it kills muscle growth
