    1 day of cardio wont make you "lean" however you should throw in a little bit of cardio AFTER your workouts. especially if on a cut. i would say inbetween 10 and 20 min. of jogging. thats my 2 cents.

    all reps are 12/10/8, except hyperext.,bench dips, and ab work. all to 50.

    chest total - 15 sets
    Tri total - 9 sets
    Back total - 12 sets
    Bi total - 3 sets

    i was on a site estimating my BF%, and it was based on height/weight.
    5'11", 213 lbs.

    came out to be like 36% BF?!?!

    now i'm not in shape but i'm not...
