    your have a upper and lower pectoral...the upper...

    your have a upper and lower pectoral...the upper is like 30% of your chest..there is no upper/mid/bottom..your chest either grows or it doesnt....cant be isolated to different muscles.

    best shoulder exercises?

    im doing this so far

    2sets rear military
    2sets front
    2 sets lateral raises
    2 sets bent over lateral raises..

    not gainin well on shoulders as i am elsewhere...any ideas?
