    Head position on bench

    RECALL seeing something about how you get better strength and performance if head is not lifted and driven back into the bench.

    Any thoughts ?
  2. Thumbs and bench pressing

    I also was worried about my suicide grip- so I dropped the weight and tried to build back up with the wrapped thumb grip.

    At a certain weight- probably anything over 225- I get painful pressure...
