    weighted crunches 2 X 6 - 8 with a weight
    machine weighted crunches 2 X 6 - 8

    I do this to build them up.. i do cardio every so often. my diet is good...

    For abs i alternate each time i train them, they have their own day and i also train them on an empty stomache.

    I do as follows:

    Crunches with a weight behind my head...
