    Hello, i was wondering if doing only two exercises per body part would be as effective as say 3 or 4? For example, today I did:

    2 days ago i did day 5 of the WBB1 routine. yesterday i woke up with very bad pain in my biceps. I don't think i trained my biceps any harder then i usually do, i trained them 6-8 reps to failure....
