    I feel your pain, i have problems doing over head exercieses. I do them but carefully. My shoulder dislocates thats the only times it bothers me, so i guess i'm lucky in that sense.

    Ok this is kind of werid but when everything i do abs it i drink any water before or in-between sets i feel sick and feel like throwing up. It occurs mostly with lower abs. Anyone have this too?
