    yer usually the best looking ones are already lean and therefore dont have the need to lose much bodyfat therefore they dont find it neccesary to do cardio because they are already at their ideal BF...

    cardio after weights?

    hi quick question and im sure that this has been asked before (i searched under cardio but there were so many matches its hard to narrow it down)

    i read that doin cardio right after weights isn't...
