    As I did say, if the goal is to get a six pack or have them show, the key IS diet. The other exercises I mentioned were for the purpose of having a *strong* core, not just abs.

    find ones that have the 50-100 pound per square inch weight. those'll kill you. for the most part these mass produced ones only have max 35 pounds psi
