    I'm 5'7", 199 lbs.

    Diet
    2450 calories/day
    1-1.5g protein/per lb of bodyweight.
    fat grams 85 - 100 per day.

    Was 205 last Monday the 26th - so I've lost 4 lbs. But most of that could've been water that I was retaining at the time. I wasn't really eating the way I should.

    How come my cut doesn't feel like a cut?

    Okay I am eating around 2400 calories a day. I'm 201 lbs and 5'7" and 28 years old.

    I workout 6 days a week.

    Weights (WBB#1) M/W/F 40 - 60 minutes

    Tabata Intervals on M and F morning
