    Taking measurements

    When you take measurements of neck , arms , chest or any muscle group is it flexed or de-flexed. What about waist mesurement??

    Forearms

    Forearm is 13.5 and wrist is 7.25 , don't have any photos from 3 years ago but was 12 and 6.5 . So it is an improvement.
