    I Need A Diet Routine!!!

    Im 5'7 and 200 pounds and would fat not ripped or anything so i wanna go on a diet and start working out, i wanna get down to a ripped 170 pounds but what kinda diet do i need to go on, anyone got anything for me?

    Well your being pretty generic in your request. Everyone would like to drop some bf, and become ripped. It's going to take time. To lose a healthy amount of weight is 1-2 lbs a week. That said if you ate, and lifted correctly it would take 7-8 months. Now how to get there? well you can just start with a good routine (wbb 1.1) eat "healthy" for a couple weeks to determine your maintenance calories. From there you could subtract 500 calories, and adjust your macro's properly to achieve the weight/bf loss. Good luck.
