    JT lookin strong as usual. Its mike from LAC, well used to lift at LAC til i moved to somerset. I miss that place!

    Football bar is a bar the than looks like an extended tricep bar. Just do a google search for tricep bar.

    The NASA Pro Powersports Championship will be a lot of fun.
