    help to reach my goals

    hey i need a little help gettin to my goals!

    i live in Denmark and im on the national americanfootball team.

    im starting mike linebacker i weigh 205lb

    my stats right now:
    bench-265x1
    squat-405x1
    clean-185x1

    40yd-5.21
    pro-5.00

    my goals
    bench-300x1
    squat-450x1
    clean-225x1

    40yd-under 5
    pro-under 4.80

    this is before febuary next year where we will test again
    thanks alot

    specially i was thinking about the clean squat and bench because i just got a book bout speed and agillity training that should be good.

    would like to get my vertical up too cause that one is so bad
