At 130 lbs, I'd say creating a mass shake will do you right. Whey Protein, Natural Peanut Butter, Skim Milk, Fruit, etc...

Why skim? At 130 lbs, drink whole milk.

What protein has 38(8 for the milk im assuming) grams of protein in 1 scoop? Maybe I just live under a rock(or in the middle of a corn field haha) but ive never seen a product with that much protein in 1 scoop. Unless this scooper is just massive.... but then it should have alot more calories.

I'm confused too. 46 grams of protein is more than 130 calories.
