can't believe this isn't on ESPN or any other large media outlet. i found this on Drudgereport.
Poor guy, I don't think dogfighting deserves a prison sentence of 1 year or more.
come on animal fighting is that. animals fighting. i think humans and dogs have formed such a bond that humans have feelings for random dogs they have never seen.
any lawyers on this board care to give out an estimate of how many years vick can possible face in prison?
by the way one of his buddies just rolled over oh him and i just don't see Vick getting himself out of this trouble.

Well, I think, for the most part, animals should be treated well and with affection. But, that's just me. I hope he gets the maximum sentence. I never liked him before, and I never will. Not that it matters, though.

If he was involved, I hope he dies in a fire. It's unfortunate that isn't an allowable punishment for pieces of **** that torture animals.

I went to school with him and Marcus. I always knew Michael was shady since he never went to class at Tech. At least I saw Marcus at the clubs when I was there. Vick was like untouchable like Michael Corleone or something. I hope Vick gets the maximum sentence and is forced to do community service for dogs and pets for the rest of his life. Anyone supporting or downplaying what he did is just as dispicable as he is as a human being. There is nothing right or innocent about forcing dogs to fight each other and torturing them for their entire lives. I am glad his friend turned on him. I hope the other 2 do too. I'm glad he lost all his endorsements too. I hope he never plays football in the NFL either. He is a piece of #%@%.

That's a pretty despicable thing to say, man. Animals fighting out in the wild is one thing, but domesticated animals being bred and forced to fight to the death with other animals, and tortured, beaten, maimed or killed if they don't perform is an entirely different story. It takes a sick mind to derive any pleasure out of something like that, and for that reason alone Vick needs to be locked up for the longest sentence allowable.
