i'm on a high protein diet right now; 6 meals a day (60% protein, 40% carbs), and i'm wondering if it'd be a good idea to invest in glutamine, arginine, and lucine pills.
waste of money, or would it be the base for some huge gains?

nah, just eat more. And add some fat. And ditch the percentages. And read the diet guide written by built.
