Anyone around here 165-170 lbs, 10% bf, approx 5'7"?

HAHA, it's a very specific request, but I'm just curious.

I just figured out my goals for the next year, and I'll end up at the above stats.

I wondered if I could have a rough estimate of what that looks like.

    Kind of motivation, you know.

Well I can't see the video, but I found the "MCV's new pics" thread - definitely looking ripped. I look forward to having that flat a stomach.

Anyone else? Maybe someone a few inches shorter? I'm a short guy.

Check out bodyspace.com, and go to advanced search. Type in that height and weight and you'll have all the people with those stats. Im sure there will be people there at that bf.

Damn that's what I'm talking about! I would hope for that kind of build, but my genetics are probably less perfect.

Nevertheless, that's my goal now. That thread = my goal.

I'll take pics in two weeks. I'll probably be 165, 10%, and 5'7 exactly.

Right now I'm the same as above except 159, pics in my journal.

You can't say what you will look like by looking at others. Every person's body type is different. I've seen guys that had similar stats and they would look a lot bigger or smaller. In my avatar I was at 170lbs @ 10-11% and I'm 5'7.5".
