    I am wondering the same thing cuz today I ate about 18 ounces of hamburgers at this one restaurant. I'm not really cutting yet, but just eating around maintenance. My cals were around the number Ive been eating but my fats were HUGE!

    essentially you'll still lose weight (notice I said weight and not fat) if you're under maintenance

    If you want to preserve that muscle mass as much as possible you need be eating enough protein each day (1-1.5g per lb LBM) and lifting heavy of course
    5'10", 170lbs, 10% bf

    Bench:255 Squat:295 Dead:400
    Snatch:145 C&J: 205
    Chin-Up: +135 Dip: +100
    Max Pull-Ups: 44
