I would say about 12% perhaps? It all depends where you store your fat on your body. By the way looking sick, bro.

ok good lol i was hoping i wasnt still at no 16, i still have a little fat on the bottom of my stomach, i dunno if i will ever be able to get rid of it, maybe if i lost 10 more lbs? however its to late for that this summer,

at the end of this month im gonna start bulking again, try to get to 240 ish through winter and hopefully next summer i can be 215 @ about same body fat i am now, i would like to add 10 lbs of lean muscle per year.

He looks lean as hell I'm surprised at some of the higher estimates.

    I think he's 8-9%. Looking sick too.

I'm thinking 8-9 as well. Looking nice and big. Losing that 20 lbs made a HUGE difference. Nice work.

:withstupi also were the pics taken right after your lift? The reason i asked is because I look a percent or two leaner after lifting veins popping on my abs and all, and I think i'm around 12%. You look good tho.

thanks guys for the + feedback, for the first pic when i was 225 i was guessing i was about 14%? i lost the 20 lbs in about 2 months time, is that safe as far as not losing alot of muscle? im trying it again next year and want to make sure 2 months and 20 lbs is about right for optimal results. thanks

20 lbs in 2 months is a little much...at max it's recommended to lose 2lbs/week

it depends how fat you are to start with. Also, 2 lbs/week over 2 months is 16 lbs - not much less

not to mention the amount of water weight you lose when you start limiting/cuttting carb intake.
