so the electronic thing at my gym says im at 16% bf, i have read that those things are incorrect, so im hoping thats not truly what i am after losing 20 lbs for summer, anyway here is a before pic of when i was 225, and then now im at 205, let me know what % you guys think i am, thanks
I would say about 12% perhaps? It all depends where you store your fat on your body. By the way looking sick, bro.
i would 10-12
cause i think u need to have 10 or below to have a 6 pac and u basically have 1
16 is def too high
I'm going to go with 10% (since we only have upper shots to work with)

ok good lol i was hoping i wasnt still at no 16, i still have a little fat on the bottom of my stomach, i dunno if i will ever be able to get rid of it, maybe if i lost 10 more lbs? however its to late for that this summer,
at the end of this month im gonna start bulking again, try to get to 240 ish through winter and hopefully next summer i can be 215 @ about same body fat i am now, i would like to add 10 lbs of lean muscle per year.
10 ish I'd say

What was your bf% before the 20 pound loss? just curious?
Wow, very nice!
I would love to have your physique! Maybe a tad smaller, but the same look.
The first pic looks over 10.
And the other two look sub 10.
Very nice work.

Great work man. I can't wait til I get my act together and diet down to the single digits.
thanks guys for the + feedback, for the first pic when i was 225 i was guessing i was about 14%? i lost the 20 lbs in about 2 months time, is that safe as far as not losing alot of muscle? im trying it again next year and want to make sure 2 months and 20 lbs is about right for optimal results. thanks
I'm terrible at estimates, but I'm still going to dro in. You look good man! I like you're bulked up build too.
not to mention the amount of water weight you lose when you start limiting/cuttting carb intake.
