    1 oz. of Boneless Chicken Breast?

    What are the specs on a chicken breast per once? I had 3 4 oz. pieces of chicken breasts for lunch today, and I went on fitday.com to mark my progress and I get some crazy protein number like 150G of protein from 12 oz. of cooked chicken. Is that right??

    4 oz of chicken breast raw has about 25-30 grams of protein.
