Thanks fellas. It's been hectic the past week. Got in a quick one today. I think crossfit calls it "Randy".

    75 Power Snatch @ 75lbs. Mine was 77lbs

Took 9:31. Two minutes slower than I did it a couple years ago..lol

We're gutting both bathrooms soon. Glad I don't do my workouts in there! LOL

    Found this workout at wodshop.com

    For time..

    500m Run
    25 Thrusters (77lb)
    20 KB Swing (53lb)
    15 Overhead Squat (77lb)
    10 Burpees
    500m Run
    10 Burpees
    15 OHS
    20 KB Swing
    25 Thrusters
    500m Run

30:20. Really tough, probably because my conditioning isn't where it was a few months ago. It felt good though.

any time I see 500m run, I always associate it with sprint training when we would do burnout training for the 400. Brutal. thats a solid WOD there. and yeah, weeks turned into months. that's how shit happens I suppose.

Thanks for the read fellas. And Rob I agree, sprints are awful. Mine started out a jog and the last one was a shuffle..lol

Sore as shit Thursday and Friday. Super busy all weekend. It never ends, but life is great.

    Today..another from wodshop.com

    20 minute AMRAP

    5 Push Press @ 80lb
    10 sit-ups
    15 ball slams @ 20lb

Got 11 Rounds plus 5 push press. Good little workout. I kept pretty much the same pace throughout.

I'm liking that last workout Pat...might have to file it away and use it on down the road.

Thanks for the read, Terry. Much appreciated as always.

Andrew..it was a good one. My conditioning is so bad though. I should have had 14-15 rounds.

It actually called for a weighted vest but I don't have one--but you do I'm sure.

    Today..in the driveway again.

    500m Run

    3 Rounds

    10 Power Clean @ 140
    15 KB Swing

    500m Run

Not sure what my time was. I think it was around 13 minutes. Not too bad I suppose.

Thanks man. I'm tryin to at least maintain to some degree. I'm sure I'll have some catching up to do but I've maintained or lost weight and I've been able to work on my running some. I've hot 5 days off starting tomorrow so I'll have my gym set back up.

You taking a layoff from it or just tone it down?

    ---Monday

    4 Rounds

    10 Push Press @ 100lbs
    10 Back Squat @ 100
    500m Run

I think it was 18 minutes. Seems slow.

    ---Today

    3 Rounds

    30 Double Unders
    25 Ball Slams
    20 Sumo High Pull @ 80lbs
    15 Med Ball Cleans
    10 Burpees
    5 Push Press @ 80

I think it took 23:46. This was a bad one, and mainly because I'm just out of shape compared to 6 weeks ago. Not a big deal. If it hurts, it hurts..lol
