Mixing my Creatine with my Nitrean

I'm sorry for beating a dead horse,.................

Would it be sufficient to mix my 5g of creatine with my Nitrean and take it immediately after my workout? Would it be better to add Dextrose with this mixture also, or would it really not matter?

I ask because what I've been doing is taking Cell Tech Hardcore immediately after a workout, then waiting about 20-30 minutes and doing the Nitrean, usually followed 30-60 minutes later by an actual meal of some sort.

My cell tech is about to run out and I'm probably not gonna buy more. I have some ATLarge Creatine and may just buy some dextrsoe if it's neccessary. Thanks guys.

Don't ever buy Cell Tech "Hardcore" (lmao) again.

I don't see anything wrong with dumping it all into one shake.
