Day 65 of my cut (I'm losin' it!)

The last two days have been especially hard. REALLY WANT to say PHUCK THIS CHIT and start bulking but I am determined to have an 8 pack. I've got a 4 pack now. LOL! 204 lbs and hungry. Damn Hungry. I'm talking HUUUUUUNGRY!!!!!!!

I've shed 41 pounds thus far and am expecting my 8 pack will be visible around the 185-190 lb mark. Long way to go yet. Motivate me, guys n dolls. Need some words of encouragement here.

Just wanted to say that cutting sucks. All the folks out there who complain about their inability to get enough calories aren't trying hard enough. I could easily eat 10k cals a day right now. EASILY! Every time I drive by a bakery I remember the wonderful breads, pastries and cookies. I miss fast food, sandwiches, not counting calories, beer, ice cream and cheese. Oh my God do I ever miss mayo and ketchup. I would MURDER for curly fries with ketchup!!!

Just venting cuz I'm frigin hungry these recent days. I know you can technically eat all the above while cutitng so long as you don't blow your cals but I have to save my measley 2000-2300 cals a day for things like lean meat and veggies. This former eating machine is suffering, fellow WBBers. To those bulking, please keep it clean or you will have to pay the price. Take it from this lard ass who would eat 3000 cals in one sitting (pasta, bread and beer) and bulk clean. I don't want you guys to go through this.

Now, where is my plain rice cake and bottled water (sheesh)?

I find cutting to be easy... just drink a lot of water and filling foods.

    Easy stuff.

To the OP, do you carb cycle? Every meal I consume is P+F except the one before training and the one or two after. Other then that, P+F meals keep me full and I have no problem doing so.

Me too. Cutting sucks in social situations (which was my main problem) but day to day I found it pretty easy to stick to. At least the diet that I followed.

You shouldn't need motivation from us IMO. If its that bad then bulk otherwise what is more important to you? Self achievement or self enjoyment.

Agree with all you said. My real motivation is to fit into a pair of 36 jeans and a nice tight black shirt I bought for that day. LOL! I do find it expecially tough in social situations but I am not able to feel full on the few calories I eat. P+F does help, as another mentioned, but I find myself hungry all the time. Oh well. My fault for becoming a lard ass.

Don't be a puss, I got fat and had to cut for a year. After this cut you won't get fat again. Cutting does blow but its no one else's fault you got fat in the first place but your own.

Hmmmm, cutting is easier for me than bulking. I guess it's quite simple for both, though. All I do is wake up, have about 70 grams of different proteins, two slices of toast (carbs) with a little bit of real butter. After that just eat chicken, tuna, a little cheese, nuts, and low carb veggies. It's about that easy.

Words of motivation: Quit being a bitch. Cutting is not hard unless you're doing lots of cardio. And if you are, then you better be stacking in the low carb, very filling veggies like broccoli, brussels, cauliflower.

anyways i'm with you growthrep, cutting sucks. Although you have been at it a lot longer than I. I have only lost about 4-5 lbs in the last couple weeks but it still sucks balls. Next time I bulk its going to be very clean.

Take pride in not being the fat American slob next to you. You're on the road to something most people never obtain. Keep the end goal in mind, stay strong day to day. Carb cycle effectively. In the end, reap the benefits of being low bodyfat and remember how you earned it day in and day out while you were cutting.
