Been lifting for eight months now using WBB routines. Overall I have noticed a difference in fat and muscle gains. My diet hasn't been the cleanest, no fast food by any means but nothing overally healthy. I have been taking creatine and protein. First four shots are maybe 1 month into lifting. THe man boobs are killer still though.. Please give me some critiques.
What were the strength increases like?
Was the weight gain steady over the 8 months?
Do you have gyno?
