    The ULTIMATE Challenge *Shake*

    Hola,

Here's the challenge : I need a high calorie shake with protein.

#1 RULE : NO NUTS, NO PB,

#2 RULE : NO EGGS, NO WHITE EGGS

    #3 RULE : A Shake with maximum 1 Liter

    #4 RULE : NO BANANAS

Ok, now I see you guys coming : " That's impossible ! " Well that's why it's a real challlenge and it's the actual situation I'm confront to because I'm deadly allergic to both of them. And why 1 L ? Simply because I don't wanna be drinking all the night to get that down lol

    Help me out please,

I don't want to take Weight Gainer, would be too expensive.

    Thanks !

Olive oil, whey protein, whole milk, and throw in a couple bananas. 2 cups of whole milk: 300 cals. 2 scoops whey: 260 cals. 2 bananas: ~190 cals. Olive oil: just lots of fats. I think it's something like 150 per tbspn, so add two of those.

You could get about 900 calories out of a shake like that.

    Hard challenge? Not really.

    Whole milk
    Protein of your choice (nitrean)
Fat source (olive oil, avocados, flax)
Fruit (berries, apples, anything besides banana)
Malto/Dex (easy cals and if you want the simple carbs add away)
    Ice Cream/Yogurt
    Cottage Cheese

Mix and match however you want it. If you can't make a 1000 cal shake that taste good then you have no creativity at all.

Natural plain yogurt for protein or cottage cheese
    Oats for carbs
    Flax oil for O3 fats
a few sunflower seeds for O6 fats
a bit of plain cocoa powder for a few sat fats
    splenda to sweeten

blend with any amount of water or milk if you want extra cals and drink

Wow...the hard part for me is NOT getting to many calories from my shakes. Nitrean is by far the best for that aspect. Mix with water ad the cals stay low. Mix with milk and ice cream and cals sky rocket! hahaha
