    Unequiped Classifications?

    What is the most reputable federation for raw lifters? What are the classifications for 195/220 lifters (i.e. class iv = 950, class iii = 1000, etc)?

    class 11 got along way to go though
    I believe that when the body is strong, the mind thinks strong thoughts. Time spent away from the Iron makes my mind degenerate. I wallow in a thick depression. My body shuts down my mind.

    Then I saw I'm class 3, almost 2 though. Then again, I've never actually competed, so I guess I'm all talk lol
