    Hello ,i dont take roids i am cutting now loosing the gut/fat and i was just wondering i hear alot of people or BS! about MILK causing bloatness? how does this cause bloatness the SUGAR in the milk or something? Does sodium play a role in causing bloatness,thanx

    no expert, im sure some will respond to this, but IMO, ithink its the sugar especially if youre lactose intolerant.

    Salt will add to water retention if you're not drinking enough water. I've never really heard about Milk causing bloat..thats interesting. Perhaps it is just BS.

    So if i drink alot of water the bloatness will go away ? i dont have to water about fat being stored cause its just water weight that i can **** away?

    Word.

    Guzzle water. **** like a racehorse. Watch that retention go. Sad thing with me, I get up TWICE in the middle of the night to go sometimes I drink so much water. But hey, I look mad shredded in the morning.

    Hey I have only today cut pasta out of my diet and replaced with more oats and brown rice...

    I used to get a bloated feeling but I think it was the pasta...
