    Dr. Dre...massively built?

Anyone else see Dre at the Much VMAs? I came across a clip and the dude looked ripped outta his clothes, this guy used to be so small...somebody should get his routine, and the roids he took. Personally I don't think you can work up to that size from 150lb in just one or two years and stay clean.

150lbs? lol. Have you ever listened to his music? I've been listening to him for 15 years. He's always been pretty big, just not that lean.

LOL! You are 19 and think you know Dre? Dre was never skinny man. He was chunky. Now he is just more lean and built for his upcoming release of Detox. It might be just some crazy guess, but he got built for future videos since being a fat slob rarely sells in the music business. Also, I doubt he was on steroids or has some magical routine. Every time someone looks somewhat in shape, people assume they got some crazy routine no one has ever touched before LOL.

He was never 150lbs-not since NWA and certainly not since The Chronic. The only pic I've ever seen of him that small was that picture on the death row uncut dvd when they were making fun of him wearing lipstick in this advertisement when he was a teenager.

Dre was no where near that big, or broad a few years ago. That's exactly why he reappears now in a tight sweater, after a long absence from the commercial scene.

Dre always seemed just out of shape to me. He and 50c are on the same injection schedule.

i agree. although i hate to accuse people of juicing when i obviously have no proof, i'd have to say it is nearly impossible to make the kind of changes dre has made in such a short amount of time. especially at his age, the guy is over 40 isn't he?

he looks great, regardless. big props to him for stepping it up.

I think it's 50 cent that helped dre and em get ripped. Em was real skinny, and dre was chunky until 50 joined their record label. em's bigger and pretty ripped now, and dre lost a lot of fat as you can see.

FINALLY! All you guys obviously never seen Dre either in music videos or in person. Check him out in the Up in Smoke tour like 5 years ago. He was definitely NOT skinny. As for accusing him of steroids, I am shocked because I thought the people here had more knowledge that just injecting steroids won't get you bigger. For the 100th time, he got ripped in the gym so he can promote his upcoming album! GOSH!

dre was never small, but he certainly didn't have any type of physique to speak of. he was a chunky 225, if that's what he really weighed. to go from what he looked like a couple of years ago to what he looks like now at the age of 40 almost certainly requires some assistance. that's some knowledge for you.

he looks great, regardless. no one's knocking him, just making an observation.

I'd have to agree. Coming to conclusions too quick about that happens too often, but look at him.
But he looks good, so he has to be doing something right. I'm sure he has someone training and educating him.

im sure a guy like doc dre. someone who has the brains to become a multimillionare. has the intelligence to build up a great workout plan that works for him. he's is probably in the best shape of his life now that he isn't as much involved in the music industry anymore.

after all, different strokes for different folks. that is very true in weightlifting to right? i'm tweaking a routine recommended by chris mason and I feel strong as an ox. i especially love the 30 rep dumbbell press.

He's just as involved as he ever was, he's even branched out. Even though he doesn't have an album out he produces songs for all kinds of artists, not just rappers.

You can tell how lean he is even with that shirt on. He looks no more than 10% and at a decent size too. You can see the striations and separation in his delts. I'm not 100% sure but I think he's talking to p diddy when he looks in the crowd and says "I appreciate that man" because he was on his feet clapping for him.

Eminem's been out of shape since summer 2005. I saw him play at the st pete times forum and he got pretty chunky. He's been looking a little leaner nowadays but yeah he was in shape for a year or two.

Dre was looking pretty big and pretty jacked, but did anybody else notcie Timbaland? I realized since he came out with Nelly Furtado that he looked bigger, but didn't realize he was that big! Although he's got a little bit of extra fat on him, he's still looking jacked.

Dre definitely looks huge in that clip.

I don't think he was ever 150 pounds. He's always been kind of tall and stocky. Never that jacked though.

So are you saying he's not on? Also, when did making millions suddenly qualify you as someone who could build a great workout plan?

exactly, being rich and a great music producer means jack when it comes to knowing anything about how to train. not that he can't learn, but it doesn't automatically mean he has great training knowledge.

anyways, i just looked it up. the guy is 42. so unless he's a true genetic freak, one can almost certainly make the assumption that he's using some sort of supplements that you won't find at your local GNC.

150lbs? Do you guys ever look up people's stats? Next I will hear that "whoa Snoop Dogg must of had a growth spurt, he is so tall" when he has been 6'3" his whole life. Obviously few people here have ever seen these people in real life.

    And as for Dr. Dre:

And recently Dr Dre showed off his fifty pound weight loss and new muscular physique.
So yeah he must be 100lbs now guys! Get serious. I don't think anyone here knows anything about rap or rappers now.
