Box Squats w/ Bands and Chains

So i lost my mind with this workout, was totally pumped out of my mind and went crazier then i ever had before.

This is my last set of parallel box squats with bands and chains.

405 straight weight, 210 lbs chains, strong bands, doubled minis

brutal, slow, painful, ugly rep, but i got it, yes, im noisy and obnoxious in the gym, sorry!

    this was really freakin heavy.

i have videos of 275 and 315 also, ill upload them later.

youtube is a little dark, cant see much

if anyone is doubting depth, its the angle, the box is 14 inches high which puts me and most guys my size at parallel, i gotta sit back more, but with this weight, who cares. narrow stance as well.
