Honestly this shake isnt hard to drink at all, if you eat enough food to begin with then your stomach should be able to handle the amount, and the olive oil is the only problem with the other end.........if ya knw what i mean, but man is it easy calories

Nowadays , what do u expect from the creator of the bako shake! the kids a beast! I cant stand to drink a whole shake that tastes only of PB so i just eat the PB out of the jar after i drink my shake. 3 tbsp of it= 250 calories.

Are you guys using the Bako Shake as a meal supplement or just adding 2500 calories to your diet?

I don't know what this means. People are adding 2500 calories to their diet by using the bako shake as a supplement. They're not just pretending to add 2500 calories to their diet and then talking about the shake.

I wonder if my natural peanut butter is that different in calories. I actually only put half a cup in too, it's become such a habit that I forget what I put in and it just automatically goes in there.

Seriously, this is not hard to shake the drink at all, if you eat enough food to start then the stomach should be able to handle the volume. I can not stand to drink shake that knows everything as a DB so I just eat the PB off the bottle after I drink shake.People add 2500 calories to their diet with a supplement shake Bako.

Do whatever you like. That's certainly not overkill. If you need the calories, by all means.
