Man I hate people like you. If I drank this thing that would be all I could eat for the whole day, on a bulk! Seriously, I wish I could bulk on 4000-5000 cals instead of 2600-2700!

What the hell, I put that and more in my shake and it came to like 1500 Granted I only use 2 cups of milk and already go through a half gallon every other day, but I also put protein power in, carbo gain, and a cup of oats (which ruins it because they clump at the bottom even if ground up). I also put a cup of ice cream in.

Maybe I'll try bumping up the amount of milk or something, but I still don't see how this is 2500 calories. Must be the olive oil.

1 tbsp of peanut butter is 95 cals.

    95 x 16 is 1520!

    Milk is 3 x 150 = 450

Huh, I wonder if my natural peanut butter is that different in calories. I actually only put half a cup in too, it's become such a habit that I forget what I put in and it just automatically goes in there

This is my shake recipe. It helped me gain 15+ lbs in one month.

    2,500 calories / 100g of protein

    1 cup peanut butter
    3.5 cups milk
    1 cup vanilla ice cream
    2 tbsp olive oil

There you have it. A day's worth of calories in one shake.

Comes out to about 40 ounces.

It's not that bad. A cup of peanut butter scares a lot of people. If you wanna be a wuss about it, try 1/2 a cup.

It's about as thick as a McDonalds milk shake.

Don't try drinking it all at once. You'll probably die.

    Cheers.

ps - Any shake with less than 1/2 cup of peanut butter is not a "Bako Shake". It's just a wannabe shake.

I just had my similar one and I feel sick. I can't stand the taste anymore I wish there was something to get rid of the damn peanut butter flavor.

An alternative is to load up that sucker with olive oil and flax oil for the extra calories. I'm not a huge fan of the peanut butter taste either. I'm gonna try chocolate milk tomorrow.

Ice cream is the deciding factor of taste. Milk adjusts thickness.

Not enough ice cream and it tastes like ****. Try 2/3 cup pb and 1.5 cup ice cream.

You gotta get it just right .

I put two big scoops of ice cream in and only like a half cup of peanut butter and it still doesn't taste good to me. It's probably just because I've been eating so much more than I have to and I hate all food equally.
