I've been doing one a day for 6 weeks and I'm up 18 pounds. Not all good pounds. In fact, several bad pounds, if there is such a thing. I think I need to ease back a little.

I have my normal meals + one or two of these a day.

    -3.5 cups 2% milk
-1.5 cups peanut butter (whatever is lying around)
-1 cup sugar free & fat free icecream
    -2-3 bananas
    -1 raw egg
    -throw in some olive oil
    -some cinammon
    -glutamine & creatine

I know I'm over doing this probably but I love the taste!! I just fill my blender up to the brim and start chugging.

I thought putting ice cream in your shake and consuming ice cream everyday was a big no-no?

i think the emphasis here is calories, and getting plenty of them quickly and cheaply.

If it's going to make you fat, flabby, and unhealthy, you're defeating your purpose...

I dont think a few scoops of ice-cream is going to make you "fat, flabby and unhealthy".

If you're gaining fat quickly you're not training hard enough.

    You serious?

It all depends man. Depends on how hard your training, what the rest of your diet is like..etc.

I should restate that question... I'm not asking how much weight you can gain, or what it will be. I am asking if Bako's 15 plus gain was muscle or fat. Or anyone else who tried this

BTW, I bought the stuff to make this, and it was way less than a weight gainer etc. I went to Aldi and the peanut butter was maybe a $1.25, and the ice cream might have been $2.00.

Well, looks like you already checked out my pictures. I'll admit gaining 17 lbs in one month is extremely fast and of course a lot of it will be fat, but I also gained the maximum amount of muscle I could've gained in that time frame.

Being new at lifting and such, should I try something like this?

I've got no idea how many calories I normally eat, or how many I should eat.

But I'm working out hard 3 x a week with extra cardio on all 4 off days.
